  ABSTRACT   

     Who doesn’t want a hassle-free washing of machines to ensure the breakdown-free operation of machines? It becomes very essential in mining and heavy rainy locations where mud and dust corrode, stick and damage major components of a machine. 
    The problem arises when the washing system needs to go to the narrowest corner and heavy mud-filled corner in a machine(Volvo FM460 & FM400 Trucks, CAT 966H & 962H). Automatic Washing System (AWS) is specially designed to wash and clean mining machines or HEMM machines. 
     It is capable to remove, wash, clean mud, dust, and other unwanted deposits in extreme corners and narrow passages of any HEMM machine. This system automatically recognizes type, size, and heavy mud deposition areas and adjusts its flow, pressure and movement to enhance the experience of cleaning after operation of HEMM machines. It mimics the position of washing the machine of a human person who would have cleaned the machine to ensure long life, and proper functioning and to lower the damage due to mud/dust deposition in the machine. This also ensures to have fewer breakdowns, spares cost reduction, and manpower utilization in breakdown management. Automatic Washing System (AWS) system is very special in its own way of operation because it not only requires less man engagement but also operates beyond the possible man-hours and delivers extra efficiency.

After a long time, I am posting a new project done during my B. Tech final year.
